David Baulieu
David Baulieu has a long history of homebuilding having built over 550 homes since 1986. David has extensive experience in project management, system controls, financial analysis, strategic planning, and oversees the financial responsibilities and construction strategy with WHC.
With well over 37. years of experience in construction, David brings immense value to clients, because he has built a reputation as a leading home and commercial builder in the region.
Through his years in the business, David has received multiple awards in home building, and has built or remodeled dozens of commercial projects including popular spa franchises, high end and various other restaurants and salons of several types.
David’s expertise and passion for completing projects in a timely fashion, within budget, allow homeowners to have an enjoyable experience.
Brandon Hodges
Originally from Greensboro, NC, Brandon moved to Charlotte in 2013. He graduated from UNC-Greensboro with a BS in Business Administration with a minor in Economics. Brandon was inspired by David to enter the building industry in 2017, and has developed a passion for building and project management.
Brandon is an onsite Superintendent and Project Manager for WHC where he ensures the project runs smoothly and timely.
Brandon enjoys spending time with his wife, Michelle, daughter Lennon and being outside. Brandon is a huge Carolina Panthers fan and loves playing golf in his spare time
